The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. 1 1/2 hour for $100.

What is a Infrared Sauna?
Infrared is actually light, far infrared describes where it falls on the light spectrum below visible light or our rainbow of colors. Just like UV or ultra violet, but on the opposite end of the spectrum.
So unlike traditional saunas which heat the air in a room to an uncomfortable level, infrared saunas uses invisible light to heat the body.
What are the benefits?
Detoxification– Raising the core temperature of a body results in a detoxifying sweat where toxins reside, at the cellular level.

Relaxation– Like stepping in to the warmth of the sun. The gentle, therapeutic heat of the infrared sauna invites relaxation. While a refreshing sweat has many benefits more heat will not bring better results the benefit is the infrared light.
Weight loss– Yes your are burning calories while you relax!
